  Emily (teller) is the BEST!! She is always fast and super friendly!! Addresses me by name and keeps me informed about what's going on. She's in no way partial -- she's like that with everyone!! She makes the trip to the bank hassle free. Thanks Emily!

  VERY unorthodox setup here. Wide open space but a tiny little nook behind a wall, with a paper sign that reads "teller behind wall." ZERO privacy while discussing banking information with tellers. You literally have someone directly next to you and behind you. I was able to hear customers banking business ahead of me (very unnerving). Never received a greeting upon entering this facility. One of the tellers ended up leaving her customer to go greet someone in the drive thru and ended up getting caught up with him ($15k change order...yes i overheard his business) while her customer sat there confused. This place needs better structure and a much better flow to it's layout.

  Have been an account holder for over 10 years. Went into this branch on Saturday for a simple notary service. The document had my maiden name as part of the signature. They wouldn't notarize my documents because I didn't have ID with my maiden name on it. I got married 30 years ago. They couldn't explain to me what ID I would have with my maiden name on it. Turned me away. Went to UPS and they were happy to be of service. I'm going to be looking for a new bank this week. Chase, you know nothing about customer service. You've lost my family's business...not that you care. Bet I'll get customer service when I close my accounts. Despicable.

  Horrible costumer service would not see us to open an account his excuse we are closing soon. It wast 12:50pm and they close at 2:00pm would not recommend this branch.

  Attempted to come in two times one day. Both times I was told they were booked up and I would have to wait at least 30 minutes. It was recommended that I make at appt for the following day, which I did. I showed up to my appt the next day only to wait 30 more minutes, and then I was told they couldn't find my appt, and then, when they finally called me into a cubicle, they said that I couldn't do what I had come to do, even though I told the person on the phone when I made the appt what I planned to do and he never specified what I would need to bring. The banker was not clear about anything either. She seemed confused and could not give me the correct information without asking two different people. So I just left. Wasted an hour and two more attempts prior to perform a simple banking task. And the waiting area was overflowing with kids and other people waiting. Some people left unassisted and frustrated. I've never experienced anything like this. I'm seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.
