::Not sure why so many poor reviews. Maybe prior management from what it sounds but let me tell you this place is great. I called in and was immediately answered by Abraham who was able to set up an appointment for me less than an hour later. He happened to be busy with another customer at the time so Nicole got me set up with a few new accounts and when he was done Abraham was nice enough to stop in and introduce himself. Nicole was very thorough, friendly, and easy to deal with and the experience as a whole was spectacular. The building is very well kept, the staff professional, and has a very customer friendly atmosphere. I'd recommend it to anyone.

::I agreed with many of the old reviews. However, this past year they have cleaned house and it's being run by an awesome Branch Manager Justin Koenig. I have multiple business accounts here and meet with Christopher Dudzenski always and he has been incredible to say the least. I would HIGHLY recommend this location.

::It's a scumbag bank, nothing more to day. They have an ATM that works, that's all I need them for.

::I tried to make a cash deposit for a Chase customer in need. I was instructed to go across the street to buy a money order as they do not allow non-customers to make this sort of deposit. Unfortunately, I’m not overly familiar with money orders. I own my home, have no debt, and have a comfortable six figures in another institution. I purchased the money order and presented it to the teller (Meaghan). The money order was blank. I wasn’t sure if I needed to make it out to the bank, or to my friend in need, etc. Since Chase seems to frown upon this sort of transaction, I wanted to make sure the money order was properly filled out. Unfortunately, the teller seemed to be agrivated by this. The attitude and sighs I received were completely unnecessary. I receive frequent lucrative offers from Chase to do my banking with them. I will continue to do my business with Wells Fargo. During my 20+ years with Wells, I have never encountered this sort of unnecessary rudeness.

::Went in the lobby the other day to deposit a check and some cash into my checking account. Their pin pad was out of order, so I handed her my licence and my Chase bank card. I asked her to deposit them into my account. She handed me my deposit slip and I left. I could not understand why the deposit was not hitting my account ? I kept looking and it never went in ? I looked the next morning and still no deposit, I then looked at my daughters account and there was my money ! I could not believe it, she had put the money in the wrong account ! I quickly transferred the money to correct account before any damage was done and checks bounced and screwed me over. Chase is steadily loosing credibility with me, Their service and attention to customers is the worst. I'm seriously looking at other options for a Bank who cares about their customers. Chase Bank your going down the drain and you don't even know it because your out of touch with your customers, I'm not the only one, everyone I talk to feels the same way, it's not just me.
