  i have been a customer of Chase bank for two decades. Chuck the manager at this branch was completely unsympathetic and his attitude was not in any way accommodating, but rather i got the impression he wanted to say “too bad!” i will be closing my account with Chase ASAP.

  The teller I spoke with did not know what a cashiers check was. And the "manager" she asked was no help either. I will not be going here for anything other than ATM use.
