::Every time i come to the drive thru, i wait 30 minutes. There can be 3 tellers and only 1 car waiting and i still wait. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced....
Mark Lindberg
::Shoutout to Austin!! I needed a bunch of paper check registers for a class I'm teaching. Austin came through for me with 40 of them!!! Thank you.

::This is the worse drive thu in the WORLD. 1 person for two lines. Then they take your stuff and run somewhere further in the building. Min. 20 minute wait no matter what time you go. And there is usually only 2 cars in front of you!!!

::I have been banking with chase for couple of years. I came to this branch to make $200 cash deposit, two days later, it’s still not posted. I have to drive down from UTA to have this fixed. Never have I ever had this happening to me before.

::Chase Bank charges $8 to cash a check for a non customer. If I open a savings account at the bank to avoid this fee, I earn less than 1%, must maintain a minimum balance, I believe it is $1,000, or I get charged for that. If I make more than 4 withdrawals a month, I get charged for that. There checking account fees would not make sense to open an account just to cash one check for contract work I do. Chase is nothing but fees. I understand they are a for profit company. Trust me, they won't miss charging you for something. Or pay an insignificant amount of interest to hold some portion of your money. I recommend you find another place to put your money. Of course all of the employees were sorry. I told them this review was coming on the camera in the bank. This should not be a surprise to them. Not that any of them cared.
