  Great service. No wait to open an account on a Wednesday. Relationship banker Eric G. Lee was amazing. Eric explained the different options and helped me make the best decision. I definitely plan to make this my main branch.

  Great customer service, very accommodating! They exceed expectations and have assisted me in the past when I've had some financial troubles by waiving overdraft fees and the like. This is the only chase branch I visit.

  Still waiting on records I requested 3 weeks ago, was told they would be in 2 weeks ago. I have called, nobody ever answers the phone, and the one time they did, they had no idea what I was talking about and said they would call me back in 15 minutes. 24 hours later I cannot get them to answer a phone.

  Eric Lee (if that's even his real name) is the most unprofessional bank employee ever! I called to speak with the manager and he refused to transfer. He laughed at me over the phone and thought it was funny to have me on hold for a long time. Customer service is a first priority but not at this location!!
