::Probably the worst Customer Service branch in the City. Incompetent or too lazy to help. There more than 30mins to do a Lost Money Order replacement.... 1. One Female Banker told me I have to talk with the Teller. 2. Teller told me I have to talk with a Banker. 3. Then the second Banker told me it will take 2-3 days to do it... Complete BS. Went to a different branch, they took care of it under 5 mins...

::If I could leave zero stars I would. The lady with the glasses who sits in the front is rude. Every time I go in she just has an unpleasant unfriendly attitude. They never have anyone available for a notary the lines are always long. I've been to a hundred chase branches and never felt this way about any. Unfortunately banking is about convenience so if you can go to another branch I would avoid his one. The one at William and Wall Street (3 blocks away) is MUCH more friendly

I have sent a bank draft through your bank with address stated as "JP Morgan Chase Bank 4 New York Plaza New York 1004" it was duly received in the name of Payee "Canadian Center of Science and Education". It was actually wrongly sent in behalf of "Canadian Center of Science and Education" with the correct address "9140 Leslie St., Suite 110, Richmond Hill, Ontario, L4B0A9, Canada. How can you help me send back the draft to us so we can send to the right beneficiary. I hope you will respond to me as soon as possible. Thank you!

::Roger, the manager, thought me not having access to my card and not being able to help was funny. He laughed twice and eyed his co-worker Vladimir so they could both have an inside smile and laugh about it. Unprofessional, sociopathic and awful. I'll no longer be a customer of Chase bank.

::Agents are always helpful, place is clean and nice. They should open more windows to serve customers at lunch time.
