  Charging $8 to cash a $100 check is absolutely outrageous 8% check cashing fee should be criminal check cashing facilities don't even charge that much and what am I paying for the honor of being able to cash my check at Chase?

  This bank is the worst. Always busy and you would think the manager would have more tellers. Fire this person

  I've been a customer at this bank since 2010, they don't care and never have. There was a major remodel done years ago to the lobby. They put in 9 teller windows but have never had more than 2 open at a time. All day Friday and Saturday (the busiest times) doesn't matter, never more than 2 tellers. I went in this morning to make a payment on my business card. I had forgotten my wallet but had my payment and the bill, they refused to take cash without an ID. I found this out after waiting in line for more than 10 minutes. They simply over complicate and under perform. Instead of actually solving problems they offer hollow lip service without change or genuine concern. It's obvious that greedy mega bank chase is only after your money, and has no accountability to it's clients, good luck with your next bailout.

  Poor management. Need better system of meeting customer needs and getting customers in and out in a more timely fashion. You should not have to wait behind serversl 45 minute processes for a 5 minute process. Manager had no good explanation.
