  Conveniently located across from the northwest corner of Union Square Park, this Chase location has my favorite ATMs because they let you customize the bills you get for your withdrawals. However, I wish they let you pick $10 and $50 bills. For those, I have to withdraw the amount in different bills, wait in line, and ask for an agent to change out the bills I have for the bills I want. (It's easier for you to do this by withdrawing from an ATM first rather than with an agent so that you don't have to fill out a paper withdrawal form.) Sometimes the line to see an agent can be rather long, and there are only at most two agents at any given time. But the staff seem to do an okay job at moving the line along and pitching in when necessary.

  ATMs are locked up inside doors are locked so you can't get to them. (midnight to 8am) Kind a defeats the whole purpose of an ATM being 24/7.
