  No customer service ! Everything is up to Chase's interpretation of their rules and regulations which is never helping the consumer, just Chase

  I am on my way to calling chase and putting a huge complaint on the "manager" Jacquelyn Watson, but before i do that, i'm leaving a permanent review on her lack of compassion and professionalism right here on google. I am a public school teacher and I STRONGLY rely on the money i have left in my bank account for the summer. Well, two days ago, I got mugged and my whole purse with my passport and bank card got stolen. i do not have a license to drive so my passport is my only way of proving my identity. for two whole days i have no been able to use any of my money and i have things to pay and it's been a difficult two days. i show up to chase today with my STATE ID from Lima, Peru (an ID that includes a picture of me, my birthdate, adress, AND my fingerprint ). all i needed was to withdraw $200 from my account to be able to buy food to eat and food for my dogs. this poor excuse of a "customer service" person/manager doesn't blink twice before blatantly telling me to my face that she cannot help me at all because the system won't allow her to use that form of ID.. i told her my situation and how i have to wait 7-10 business days for a debit card and that all my money is in this bank and I need some of MY money to survive. She says "sorry i can't help you." i drive down to the chase closer to my home (in roselle) and It took 10 minutes to verify my account AND they were able to use the peruvian ID with NO PROBLEM. Jacquelyn Watson is a LAZY, APATHETIC HUMAN BEING. she knows NOTHING ABOUT MANAGING AND DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS.
