::This is the WORST Chase bank in all of New York City. Prepare for a minimum of 20 mins to get to a teller or an ATM. There is always a massive line there are no chase bank branches at all in this super busy neighborhood which is ridiculous on the banks behalf. Open more than one location north of 150th street in Manhattan Chase!

::The only reason I am giving this place 5 stars is because of Alexis Polanco. After an extremely long wait to be seen (not his fault), he gave us the friendliest and most professional service. He was incredibly knowledgeable, answered every question and made sure that everything was in order before we left. We were the very last customers there and he didn't make us feel rushed. I will go back only if he is there!

::This place is a joke. You ever been to a concert and have to wait outside to get in because the line is bizarre?! For the ATM, speaking to a banker and even to get to the teller. Yep that's how It is at this place. In the summertime NO Air-condition. This place always stinks. The bums are doormen here and expect you to take out $20 and hand it to them just because they opened the door for you. Honestly the only good thing about this place is the new ATM machines. With the updated software you can now take out $5 bills and etc

::The Best Branch ever! We opened a business checking account with Mr. Melo. I also have a business savings and a personal account. He was quite professional, very helpful and knowledgeable about the bank's products and services. The rest of the staff as well were very professional and took care of people in the order of arrival. There is usually a lot of people here: exactly the same as other JP Morgan Chase Bank branches. There is no difference. The only difference is that you are at our respectable Washington Heights Dominican neighborhood, that like in other parts of Manhattan, we're a working class people of God Almighty, with supreme and sovereign prestige. I also thank the management for being united and on top of things. I would recommend this branch to each and everyone willing to be productive in their businesses and lives.
