I AM WRITING THIS AS ASIAN MAN. PROBLEMS WITH THIS PLACE: 1. ONLY CHINESE WORK HERE 2. THEY ONLY SEE CHINESE CUSTOMERS 3. THEY ONLY GREET CHINESE CUSTOMERS 4. THEY ALL SPEAK CHINESE 5. IF YOU ARE NOT CHINESE THEY WONT EVEN LOOK AT YOU OR IGNORE YOU 6. WAITED THERE FOR LIKE AND HOUR They kept looking at me sitting in the lobby but no one came and asked what I wanted. They saw me sitting there in the lobby but kept ignoring me and hiding their faces from me. One of those Chinese employees saw me hundred times and didn’t even say hi but as soon as a old Chinese lady walked in he immediately greeted her. SO IM THINKING THIS PLACE IS ALL ABOUT CHINESE. GREAT πŸ‘ WAITED THERE LIKE AND HOUR AND I SAW EVERYTHING, I patiently waited and watched So don’t even try to find excuses. YOU ARE ALL CHINESE THAT ONLY HELP CHINESE.

Frustrating experience at this branch. Only because the staff named Sean Hsu isn't friendly at all. Seems like he only cares about customers who speak his language. We speak English and we didn't feel welcomed at all. We waited for an hour even with an appointment, but he didn't really care. Worst bank person I have encountered till date at Chase. Update: I won't update the star ratings, but thanks to JunAn Chen to help us out! He is super friendly as compared, and smoothly processed our request.

The banker Sean Hsu was rude. He was polite to Chinese speaking people but was extremely rude with us. He tries to show that he is very important and got up before we were finished. He did not tell us proper docs to bring on call and was impatient while we were arranging it in appointment. An extremely bad experience with this guy.

The Chinese banker name Wang is so rude. Shows clear expression that he doesn't wanna help customers. All my credit cards and checkbooks were stolen and I waited 30 mins to talk to this guy and he basically talked to me for 10 seconds and told me that he can't do anything to stop my checkbooks from being used and told me to talk to other banker if I wanted to close my account. He even got up and left the table before I did as if he was too busy for this type of case. I used to work for Chase so I know exactly why this Wang Chinese banker's attitude is terrible. The bankers make most earnings from Commissions. This Chinese guy is obviously only paying attention to other Chinese speaking customers with cases that he can make commissions off of. So obvious and so sad to see these people doing exactly opposite of what I was taught and trained there.

As a small business owner myself I understand that it is CRITICAL to always strive to provide excellent customer service. That is the key to survival in a competitive business environment. As a small business myself I also know it is difficult to please everyone and as a result have a heart for customer service agents. But tonight I was completely outraged by Chase Bank employees at the Factoria Branch. I called on the 800 number to do a simple thing like close an old defunct account that had $33 in it (while still maintaining all other accounts that transact thousands of dollars of business every year.) I was told to drive to the branch and they could help me. I fought 20 minutes to traffic to get to the bank and was happy to see the door was open at 5:59pm. I came in and talked with a teller who first suggested that I needed to talk to a personal banker and they were busy and asked to come back tomorrow...event though ALL agents were in the building. I told him I could wait. The teller to his credit tried to call EVERY ONE of those people who were acting like rats trying to leave a sinking ship and abandoned this poor teller to deliver the news that no one would help me. I waited a little more and some kind of a manager came out and told me I could close the checking account by withdrawing the $33 and the teller could help me. She promptly left and then the rest of the other "Personal Bankers" abandoned their posts and ran out the door. Well the simple withdrawal of $33 turned out to be impossible without the help of just one of those other people but they had all left. I asked politely again if there was anything they could do to help me now and was told to "come back tomorrow!" If the doors would have been locked I would have been OK with that. If none of the "Personal Bankers" would have been present I would have been OK with that too. However when it is a minor 5 or 10 minute inconvenience and you are a salaried worker you need to buck up and help the customer even if it is an inconvenience. Had I gotten ANY kind of help and then reached a roadblock that really was not solvable within 5-10 minutes I would have been OK with that too. It is just inconceivable that people refuse to DO THEIR JOB when the customer took the time to come to you. It makes me wonder if I should move all my accounts to Credit Unions that actually care about my business or maybe I should just tell this story to the hundreds of small businesses I deal with and let them know what kind of support they will likely receive. Well I at least know where I stand. James Hoff Owner of Ace Internet - been in business 20 years...
