  I came in with an issue that they simply didn’t give me options to resolve when they COULD have easily made things easier for me. I’m sure my account is too small for them to keep me happy. It’s okay, the HELPFUL staff the the other branch were able to help me and offer options for me.

  Adam Broughton is my business banker here and he bends over backwards to meet my banking needs! He always finds time during the day, helps me with online or wire issues in a timely manner! This branch has excellent service for business clients!

  I had a wonderful experience here today. I had to come in to get my debit card replaced because someone got the card number on my previous card and was making purchases. I was already upset as it was and was really not looking forward to getting a temporary card until my new debit card came in. When I walked through the door I was greeted promptly with a smile and before I even had a chance to sit down to wait for someone to help me, another employee (Kasey, I think was her name) jumped up right away to help me and told me that there was no need to get a temporary card and that she could print me a new debit right there on the spot. Within 5 minutes I had my new card in hand and was out the door. I am so happy! Thank you!
