  Chase bank is expensive go to a credit union. You will pay lower fees, and get better intrest rates. I will next use chase again. They are over staffed are over priced.

  Everytime I come to this bank branch I'm forced to wait on one very long line for over twenty minutes. There are only two teller booths but there are six or seven banking machines, two of which I've only ever seen being used at the same time. After remodeling, the branch was left without even the option of adding a third, fourth or fifth teller, which is what seems necessary for the growing population of Astoria. I don't see how these changes were beneficial at all, being that the bank is still paying at least three employees to walk around aimlessly and needlessly confirming for customers that they are on the right line, seeing as there is only one line. On top of all these issues, the staff is rude.

  There is nothing human about Chase Bank anymore. This branch used to be OK until they replaced the human element with ATM machines. Of those two lovely young ladies left, one is in training and the other is speaking with a Siri voice.
