  Every chase bank I have went to has been great. This one was great because I wasn't charged the fee for temporary checks because I was A long time customer! Love that. Big time greetings when I come in, lollipops for my kids & agents on the floor always answering my questions. I wish they still made atm cards on the spot but the new atm machines that give you the Bills you want have been great! The only bank I use & I'm happy.

  Horrible lines only 3 tellers at the beginning of the month when everyone has to get rent and transactions to make. Don’t come here!

  Through I had a long wait, Christina, the banker that helped me could not have been more helpful and efficient. I'm really satisfied with the way she handled the process and my questions! Alyne Bat Haim
