  They take foever to call your name they move slow and i hate waiting waiting especially its no customer's i wish i can put a half of star instead of 1 full star. How do i make it half a star instead

  The worst Chase Bank branch in Texas. Long lines and the service is very slow. Everytime I had to wait 30-60 minutes to be served by a banker.

  Only 2 Cars infront of me, I have been waiting for over 30 minutes, Worst Bank Drive Thru Service EVER! If go inside same thing or worse. CHASE needs to Stop promoting ATMS and stop firing clerks to substitute them. The PUBLIC wants real tellers and real customer service!!!!!

  Chase treats me well never had but one problem in 4 years and they fixed it on the spot
