  Went here like a month and a half ago to get my account number and the banker gave me the wrong number so my taxes went to someone else's account. And still waiting for my money. Smfh

  The personal banker I dealt with did not want to contact the other branches to find out some information for me. She suggested I contact them on my own time. This is why I usually go to the Chase(s) in midtown/downtown Manhattan, not the South Bronx.

  i would think that the tellers would have good customer service WRONGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG ESPECIALLY JEANETTE i did not come there to beg for money i came to make a deposit and i don't feel like i should be treated as if I'm begging with that being said JEANETTE needs to take another customer service course and should realize that she should always try to diffuse a situation instead of making it worst!!!!

  Currently in the bank after waiting 15 minutes for the 9 o'clock open time. There is at least 50 people waiting online to be serviced and there is NO!!! working AC really Chase? only in the Bronx
