  I love the customer service at this branch, the staff treats you very nice. They are always with smiles and you never have to wait more than a few minutes on line. I get prompt attention and always happy to bank at this branch in Throggs Neck and E. Tremont.

  The workers here walk around as though they know what they're doing, but they are rude, incompetent and can't properly count money. The only reason I visit the tellers is because I've had problems with the ATM machines at different branches and it was not always like this, I wonder if they've changed the management. I've been coming here for years but I won't anymore.

  We are small local business.We are always treated with the utmost respect here, we are at this branch many times a week the customer service is great. We are not saying that all Chase branches are great, there are a few including the one on Gunhill road where you could not pay us to go into they are rude and disrespectful. The Throgs Neck branch by far has the best staff and customer service.
