  Went there to withdraw money and female clerk asks me where I get money from???? I guess cause I'm black I ain't suppose to have nothing but crumbs.

  I came here to open my account, and i I wait almost 2 hours to see a banker. Ridiculous. Non recordable this location.

  Roaches / water bugs flying around!! Every time I come in the wait time is around an hour even though it's completely empty. Not to mention that the staff is the most unprofessional staff I have ever seen in any establishment! I would only ever come to this branch if you have ABSOLUTELY NO OTHER CHOICE. It's terrible here. They should scrap the whole thing and start over.

  Nobody trained the unrepentantly unhelpful employees at this location that you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. I go into the branch wearing sweatpants and hardly get acknowledged. I'll be ending my banking relationship with these insufferably inattentive people.

  I go to this bank because it's close to my home. I will say the staff is friendly but has no sense of organization and order. They have a list that you must sign to see a banker but totally disregard it. They will service a familiar face instead of honoring the sign in sheet that they themselves have placed. It is very rude and disrespectful. I suggest that the branch manager give a class on customer service skills and the importance of honoring rules and regulations.
