::Wednesday 9:08 A.M , Bank was not busy at all. . Not gonna name the banker but she told me the policy says couldn't fill out the form. The form clearly stated in bold and big letters, "INFORMATION BELOW IS TO BE FILLED BY BANK." Banker told me it was against the policy and she'd lose her job if she does so. She printed out the information and told me i can fill it out myself. The form couldn't take more than 5 minutes to fill out. I'm wondering if she is just too lazy to fill out the form or she is confused with another policy. The worse part is that I went back at 9:35 A.M and ask for the bank manager. Since some of the banker didn't have client, they were just chatting among themselves. With clear conscience that i needed help , the manager walked in and out of his office and take his sweet time just walking around and greeting his fellow workers as if he's never seen them before. I sit for about 8 minutes and walked out the door when i get an important call knowing the manager is spaced out and thinking hes taking a walk at the park. Other bankers and employee are doing their best. But these 2 people I encounter with leave me in awe of with their customer service.

::Longest line ever!!! To make a long story short this Bank used to have 6 to 8 windows decided to close it down to two windows and put a mirror across the other six worst place ever customers were hostile because the staff took forever then when you get up to the front counter no one can help you either causing longer wait times don't dare try to go through the drive-thru banking though the lens of their that no longer exist just an ATM Lane never again I don't care if there's not a ATM for 20 miles DONT DO IT!!!

::Worst Chase Bank Branch. 2 stars just for friendly staff.Long lines, only 1 or may be 2 counters open. No drive thru.Average wait time is 15-20 mins for basic stuff.
