  I've encountered a very very nice tellers at the bank I feel very comfortable at the bank and I also like the management of the bank so this particular Branch I'm very satisfied with as a Chase customer

  A few of the tellers here are miserable human beings. I get that working with the public can be tough but you have to at least pretend you don't hate everyone that walks in the door. I get dirty looks and attitude from just wanting to deposit checks. It's not all of the tellers, we have encountered nice ones. But two of the girls there should only be working behind the scenes.

  Small bank, can be a wait but usually moves quickly also free coffee for while you wait
