  Very friendly staff. I opened an account in less than 15 minutes. I use the drive-through frequently. Very quick. I recommend this branch.

  I've been a customer of Chase Bank for six years now. I opened an account shortly after I turned 18, and this is the branch I have used since I became their customer. I have never received anything short of excellent customer service. Any questions I had were answered kindly and any problems were swiftly taken care of. Every time I visit, I'm greeted on my way in and out. As long as Chase continues this kind of service, they have made a customer for life out of me.

  Just went in at 5:12pm to open a new account. I was told they where to busy and they could not help because they where closing soon. Can you believe this. I will be calling customer service about the horrifying service.

  Poor customer service. As i entered the bank An employee by the name Manuela gave me sarcastic attitude just cause i ask her a question. Dont like your job just quit its that simple. She should be retrain to learn how to treat the customer.

  Oh my goodness! I'm not a customer here, I was depositing into someone else's account but the people I met here make me want to be a customer of Chase. The person who greeted me at the door was so very helpful, but Laura stole the show. She was so happy, it was infectious. Chase, do not let her go!
