  The branch manager (Carolyn Randall) is incompetent. Didn't research information that was given & wasted my time. Poor service.

  My parents-in-law always banked at this branch. They were pleased with how helpful the staff were, not only with helping them with investments, but also with assisting them with the physical challenges of getting in and out of the bank.

  they sent my card to Illinois when I live in Kentucky and then demanded that I pay for the over draft feas when I never got my card
