  The staff are very unprofessional, I asked some very simple questions and received very add answers. Not sure why they’re working in a bank yet..

  Unprofessional uneducated rude staff. Never met such dumb bankers before. I literally sat with some women today who spoke like she had half a brain. I don't recommend this bank to anybody trying to get education about accounts and or checks. The black women with the short bob that sits towards the back thinks she's a Harvard law graduate have a feeling she makes minimum wage only explanation for her sour puss attitude and rude mannerism and brain dead customer service attitude.

  Never had any problems here with people or ATM machines. They have never been out of order as long as I've been coming here.

  Staff is often pretty unhelpful. I frequently get bothered with contradicting info from one to another. There are definitely a couple of good folks there, but if you're not lucky to get to that one - then you're pretty much lost. Used to be much better.
