::By far my WORST Chase bank experience to date! What is wrong with you goons?! Mr Williams took it upon himself to refuse me service (too hard for you to figure out?) after unknowingly getting 5 overdraft fees in 3 days (and no notifications to warn me, either, which i HAD previously set up!). After explaining my situation, he calmly said he couldnt help and I could call the number on the back of my card and they MAY be able to help. (Why do you think im face-to-face in the first place, dude?!) Oddly, after choosig a new location, a lovely Maria was able to help take 3 of the 5 overdraft fees off. Im not sure what was so difficult for this bimbo, but he either needs to find a new career choice or get a better attitude. You work for a corporation who rapes its everyday users where they can. To see such a dilligance in protecting the 'integrity' of a laughable fee for a laughable company is while entertaining, very disheartening! Get a grip! Theyre not poor; we are!!!!

::Nice location came in on a Saturday @1 and there wasn't that bad of a wait to be serviced! only waited 10 min which was great since there was 2 working the desk. very friendly and helpful.

::A very nice Chase location that usually isn't busy. They have an ATM inside and one outside that you can drive up to. They both accept cash deposits and the one inside let's you withdraw much more cash (per day) in whatever denominations you prefer.
