  If you replaced the staff here with the guys from the Taco Bell next door, the service would improve. Try another Chase location if you can.

  WARNING: When setting up a CHASE account under trust, do not rely on CHASE staff to properly file the necessary sections of the TRUST or to clearly assign a successor Trustee (Trustees in their 80's and 90's do pass on). The result - the successor is shut out of the account and there is a RE-REVIEW by the "legal team" which may take up to 40 days. Today is day one.

  The tellers are fast but the people behind the desk are slow 20 min and not one of them was with a customer then they told me they stopped doing new accounts 10 minutes ago because it takes them an hour to do a new account.

  It's 10:40 And they only have 1 personal banker helping people. I've been waiting for more then 30 min and all i want is to close my account. Come on chase! They do have 2 tellers available. With no wait for that.
