  DISGUSTING AND INCOMPETANT. DO NOT USE THIS BANK. The window teller, Brittany, shorted me $100. I went back 15 minutes later and they told me I had to wait 5 business days to get the security company to review the tape. Since the branch manager, John, wasn't aware of the procedure for when this happens, now a week later I am being told to file a police report and it's out of their hands. They can't help me. GO TO A CREDIT UNION- this bank is incompetent, unethical and dishonest.
