  This Branch is OK but overall their overseas cutomer service is horible and Chase is very misleading in it's banking techniques.

  Nothing special here. No different than any other branch I've been to lately. Platform worker claims to have good product knowledge; not an accurate statement. Just like to echo written policy as if reading from an index card.
