  Poor customer service... we have our business account, personal account, all savings accounts, and credit card accounts with Chase… I was attempting to cash a check which was drawn on another Chase account and presented with the proper identification, however the branch manager refused to cash the check. There was no good reason given, and I even asked for him to call The customer service line or another local branch manager but he refused to call any other Chase representatives he basically refused at his own discretion which I consider discrimination.
