  Worst brach ever!!!!! Everytime I visit At lease 30min waiting to meet banker!! They have 3 bankers but often lunch or vacation!!

  By far the worst managed Chase. I've consistently come here in a good mood and I leave in a foul one because the place is always short staffed and there are always 30 plus people waiting to be helped. Please surprise me and give me a reason to give more stars for your rating. I beg of you.

  If I could give a -0 I would, went in to open an account and credit card and since it was 5pm the lady that "helped me" was in a rush and rude, I was trying to ask questions and she took out a paper and said and i quote "here read"..ended up leaving since I didn't have a Passport on me ( but I did give two forms of ID? and SSC isn't that all you need to open an account? ) to me sounds like she just didn't wanted to do all the paper work...anyways I ended up going next day to Wells Fargo and WOW what a great service.

  I went into this bank to open an account. I signed in and though the bank was empty I got no response for 20 mins soon another woman walked in. Immediately they came to ask what each person needed. They told me I had to wait but took the woman immediately. I am sure she did not have an appointment because I asked I left. I am not one to rant but it was so bad to see such behavior from professional people people
