::Went in for a mortgage consultation and we were early for our appointment. We were assured that our agent was "just moving her car" which must've been code for something else because we sat around for 15 minutes after our scheduled appointment time with nobody helping us before we decided to leave. It's a little disappointing that Chase handled our mortgage appointment with the same gravity as a teenagers checking account, but a competiting lender was more than happy to have our business. They were even on time for our appointment, amazing!!

::I’ve had an account here for about a month now. My card never showed up so I had to visit a branch and pay out of pocket to order a new one. I’ve tried making transactions as low as $5-10 and my card has been blocked/declined at least 5 times now and I have to call in and get them to let the transaction go through. I’m already looking into other banks because this one has been nothing but a headache

::Worst bank ever. Cant cash a check without it being put on hold for 10 days or more unless I have the cash to cover it. They didnt tell me that opening the account nor did I EVER get new member bonuses.SHAM. I'm closing my account here and doing business elsewhere I'd give no stars if it were an option
