::Beware of opening bank accounts at this location. After we opened the account, put all our money in, they froze my account stating that there is insufficient docs. And the customer service rep suggested me to beg the manager to unfreeze my account. I don't understand and extremely upset about this. If we do not have sufficient docs, then request them from us, we will provide and we did provide docs to them. Why would you allow us to have a functional account, deposit all the money and now froze our account Without notifying us on it. Bank should understand that they are hard earned money and there are hardworking people who needs to be paid. This is totally Not Acceptable!

::The lady I just spoke to was more interested on the time the bank closes than helping me get something notarized. If I get in before the door closes then I'm on time. No need for exchuses and lectures. Bad service

::This is one of the best experiences that I've had at a bank. Everyone was pleasant, and I noticed a previous review mentioned the Branch Manager, Brandy, that walks around and greets everyone. I witnessed this first hand. Brandy was very personable and available for customers and her staff. I truly felt welcomed when I walked into the bank. I went in to open a checking account, and a young man by the name of Jason helped me with this. I was highly pleased with him being able to answer questions about IRAs, refinancing my mortgage, and opening a business checking without having to refer me to someone else, or without simply quoting me a "standard script" that many banks give their staff when someone asks about a product. That alone impressed me considering I am a bit financial savvy when it comes to my personal finances, but I expect to go into the bank and receive additional information and education on areas of personal finance that I need clarity on. Jason actually listened to what I had to say in regards to my personal finances. I will also say that I did not feel pressured at all to open up additional accounts when I spoke with him, but I will definitely be opening up other accounts with Chase in the near future simply because of the great service he provided. I will be moving in the next few months, and have already decided I will drive the extra 30 minutes just to bank at this particular location simply because of the great service.

::Come see the branch manager and personal bankers at this location if you want an efficient and personable experience. The Branch manager Brandy is front and center greeting her customers ( although I felt more like a guest) as they enter and leave the bank. I noted that she greeted several customers by name. I'll drive out of my way to this branch before I drive less than 10-15 minutes up the street in either direction to go to the Broad or Camp Wisdom locations.
