  I gave 3 stars bc I did go in and they gave me change for my bills with no problem and I had a couple of reps take care of me nicely. Now i did go in the other day and got skipped in line because a rep there thinks that a White persons time was worth more than mine, she did come and apologize afterwards but they should be trained not to discriminate.

  Takes a long time to get help and there are only four seats available. There needs to be more customer service personnel in this bank since there are more people standing around waiting to be called from the sign-in sheet. On a hot humid day, no air conditioning to relieve the time that passes by.

  One teller...need kiosks here for change, or hire more people. 20 mins to change a $100.
