  Top notch customer service. I was able to get what I needed with little difficulty and they went above and beyond in my time of need. Thank you very much to everyone at this branch. You helped turn around my terrible day. I lost my wallet and went to Chase Bank to begin my adventure of "rebuilding" my life until a new debit card arrived. There is a limit to how much you can pull out without ID but it gave me what was needed to go to the DMV and get gas/food. While I was inside pulling out money, my car battery died. I went back in and asked if someone had a battery pack to jump a car. One employee came to look at my car and the battery. I know....little about cars and I learned that my battery is from 2013! Another employee went to ask around if someone had a battery pack to jump my car. I was calling friends and family at this point and looking to sit around a long time. It looked like all was lost but one lone person had one...My hero. Thank you again.

  Great customer service, as soon as you walked there’s lady and gentlemen greeted you with the smile! nice and cleaned. Of course, thanks to a banker Jackie who helped me even with short notice.
