::This is the only branch that serves the entirety of the busiest and most highly populated part of Crown Heights. And inside, you will find all of TWO ATMs (a lonely third one inside, only available during business hours) and two tellers. The ATM area is cramped, which means there isn't even space for the massive line of people to stand in a real line. People resort to announcing "I'm last in line" to whoever walks in after them in an effort to help each other create some form of organization within the tight space. It doesn't surprise me that at least one of the two ATMs is constantly out of cash, given how many people depend on these two machines. I suspect that it is no coincidence that Chase cares so little about this neighborhood, given that it is working class and majority black. Racism and classism are real, folks.

::Insufficient staff, long wait times, inside looks poorly maintained. Speaking of poorly maintained, there are only two ATMs in the lobby, one of which is frequently out of order, which inevitably leads to said lobby being overrun with people, blocking the doors to incoming foot traffic. Thanks, Chase! So glad you decided to shut down the other branch on Eastern Parkway & Utica. Idiots.

::Worst branch of Chase Bank that I've ever visited. It seems almost intentional. There are roughly 8-10 teller windows, and all but two of them are closed and covered with posters. According to the bank's manager, the branch has made many request to corporate to open additional windows (something they need permission to do), and they have not been permitted. Last time I went in, I literally waited 45 minutes to make a deposit, at 4pm. The line went out the door because, though there were roughly 50 customers waiting to bank, there were two tellers, and all three ATMs were out of cash. Absolutely ridiculous.

::The only nice thing I can say about this bank is that the employees are polite when they speak to you. Service moves at a painfully slow pace even for the simplest of requests. On multiple occasions I have seen people give up and leave the bank before receiving help because they're so frustrated with long wait times for simple services. Employees are polite but do not appear to respect patrons' time-- I have frequently seen 3-4 employees seemingly unoccupied for periods of time and not assisting anyone, while customers only have 1 banker to go to. Also, if it matters, this is the dirtiest and smelliest bank branch I've ever been to. It's not insanely offensive, but this branch always appears in need of cleaning and does not smell good, especially in the lobby. Bottom line-- employees are polite and helpful once they actually get to you, but don't come here for anything if you're not prepared to wait 30+ minutes for help.
