  Oh my God, no more visit to this branch. Waited for 1 hr and paid $$ for parking. After 1 hour they told they wont do expected service for the day. Not sure why they asked me wait for an hour. :(

  The manager cancels accounts if you have a fixed income and have autopay with bills and doesn't matter to him.He tried to cancel my account through the phone 2 weeks BEFORE and I never answered the phone.SSI was paid on the 3rd and I went into the bank on the 4th after bills were paid and In person he flat out cancels my account based on his lack of knowledge on how to run a bank.I was told I swore at someone.Yea, ? Get a Life. ..But low and behold..Bills got paid and if the manager cancelled the account,the SSI check would have been set back a few weeks.Must be a Manager bitter's End to do this to Folks.Avoid the place.Cancelling A Government Check ? Wow,What a Turd.

  Waited an hour to talk to someone they need to hire more bankers or work faster. Ibwont come to this branch no more.
