  This morning I went to this branch, just to get a copy of a cashed check, they’ve ask me for my ID,unfortunately,it was expired, they said they couldn’t help me, ask for the manager of the Bank hopping they could help me better, of course she said;there’s nothing they could do about it, went to Patchogue branch, sure enough, she ask me to put my debit card in, print out my cashed check, and wish me a wonderful day, So I called the branch in farmingville again the very same guy the couldn’t help me in the morning Jesus M Perez, picked up, & I ask him if he was aware that he could of help me? & instead that apologizing for his incompetence as a branch worker, he just said His manager, the same lady that also couldn’t help me was out to lunch & he cannot dicuss this thinkgs with me, playing dome, why? I don’t know! It’s just horrible this branch is the worst!!! By far

  This branch is so slow. No matter what time I come in to make a transaction I'm there for at least ten to fifteen minutes. It also smells like a bathroom in there, that's coming from me and a few of my employers whom have no choice in using another branch. Also you would think the drive thru teller would be quicker, it is the opposite. There is always a line even when there are no cars out front for in person banking. Worst Chase branch to do business with.

  This is by far the worst chase on Long Island, possibly even New York. If you're looking to do anything with your money, take it elsewhere. This branch specifically has brought me nothing but issues. Trust a google maps review and take your money elsewhere.
