  The black lady is really problematic. Only complains about customers,coworkers AND manager in front of me instead of helping me.Just plain rude and this was my worst experience at chase.

  Worst chase I’ve been too, I’ve been to several but this has been the slowest, and unprofessional place of building I’ve been too.

  Rude and disconnected employees with no regard for your time. I waited far too long to get a document notarized. As a former bank manager I was very disappointed with the service and staff. This should be my regular branch since I live within walking distace but I'd rather drive further away if it means better service.

  I have been Chase customer for over 20 years. I visited this branch on 21 November 2017. What I found, Poor and unprofessional Raciest, customer service, at this facility. I was waiting on a Customer Service Rep so I could complete a wire transfer, I waited for over 20 mins while the Customer service rep socialized will everyone about everything. People just walked up to talk to him about all sorts of things, just not business. This is very unprofessional as a business with customers waiting. No one else at the Branch even offered to assist or help. I ended up wasting over 20 mins of my time waiting for Mr Social Man to finish Gossiping, I just walked out and cut my losses. Chase Should just close this branch. Ended up driving over to the Collins street bank, in Arlington. Much better, quick service, in and out in `15 minutes with successful wire transfer. I do not usually post reviews online but this Branch needs some professional help ASAP. Wont ever visit this location again. Lesson learned.

  Worst bank I've ever been to. Service was Terrible. Was told false information as well, by a bank. Would love for chase to personally message me about that bank. That's how much I hate that bank. I legitimately believe those 5 star review are falsified as well.
