  Usually can get in and out quickly. The folks that work the drive thru are very friendly. Typically faster to use the drive thru.

  Slowest branch I've ever been​ to. Currently at the drive up and I've watched 2 cars on each side who came after me pass me up. 2nd time in one week this has happened.

  I am a customer of chase salary checking accounts and credit cards. Last week I went to this branch for some notary and they said they do only notary for affidavit. I needed to take my kids, wife to notary the signature. After school, I went to the bank and waited for 30 minutes. The manager came out and said, I have to take an appointment before coming to do the notary. I have waisted my time and time for the kids too. Very un-professional and no values for the customer and their time. I am going to close all my accounts with this bank.
