  This bank had given me lots of attitude...tellers Ana & Veena were downright rude.... I was going there for a long time now never again.. How can a Chase bank operate like this.... The manager was nice at the start but after one of the tellers spoke to him his attitude changed.... I will now go out of my way to bank at other banks now.... For a bank in such a nice neighborhood they should really treat people much better!!!

  This chase is extremely good. The staffs are friendly and can deal with problems fast. They act immediately. They also give kids free lollipops. They also offer many offers.

  My wife just opened her new cc and the person John was able to help us. all our questions were answered in the best explanation. Highly recommend this bank.

  The bankers and reception are friendly , but couple of Indian female tellers are so black face, sorry to say that but true.

  ppl in this branch are very nice, look for Henry and Robert. Henry helped apply for a credit card while I didn't have any credit score available; Robert helped waived my online banking fees.
