  Im not one to make negative reviews however I Called regarding an account and received very poor customer service by a woman who was clearly having a bad day. I would stick with just going to the one by the Best Yet shopping center.

  I walked into this branch looking for a notary and was told she was in a meeting and they were not sure how long she would be. I was told to leave and go to another branch that has 2 notaries. This is the 3rd time I have entered this branch and been discouraged from receiving service. Last time they would not let me go to the tellers to make a deposit. I had to go to the machine. I had my daughter with me and it was a large amount. It took me 3 times as long and was very inconvenient.

  Not Hispanic friendly. So sad for a brand that deliver satisfaction to Hispanic people's everywhere else. But not in this branch
