::I will give a 0 star for my experiences on this branch. They don't even try to re-schedule the appointment instead Maryli say that everyone is busy with other client in this branch and you can look for appointment in other branches. This is my first experience which is coming bad totally.

::The ATMs here are often down after hours. I let it slide for AT LEAST 8 times (for 2022) before posting this. ATMs have 2 primary jobs: Deposits and Withdrawals. Side note: as an insomniac, i may be interested in being a repair technician after hours. 😂 Photos feature both the drive thru AND the walk-in ATMs.

::I love chase don't get me wrong, this branch is absolutely gorgeous I wish the personnel were as nice as the location itself. It's so weird how everybody in there is so useless. Chase needs to clean up the entire house and re-staff, not worth stopping by, everything is way to complicated with all of them.

::Tyler Reed is my financial MVP. My experience with Chase got off to a rocky start but he helped get everything straightened out quickly and with little effort required from me which is always my favorite way to resolve problems!

::I wish I could give this branch negative stars. I would not recommend ANYONE bank at this Chase location. I have been a Chase customer for over 15 years, and have millions of dollars in my account. Every branch I have been to all over the country has treated me with courtesy and respect. The teller "Artie Lindsey" is incredibly rude and disparaging. The intercom was left on without the teller's knowledge and I was apalled to hear the obscenities coming from professionals. They were commenting about other customers and disrespecting the privacy of their personal information. When I attempted to complete my ritual transaction, a manifestation of this woman's seemingly bad day was released onto me as a scape goat. I do not agree with the hire of incompetent and derogatory employees, and I would expect much better from Chase.
