  I have nothing against chase or any of the specific staff members, I just feel that I've been mistreated and robbed of my time. I was next in line and still spent an half hour between these dull walls only to sit another ten minutes in the representatives office waiting for him. Sometimes it's more about being efficient then just being nice. I was very upset for going through such complications only because of choosing to do business with someone. I don't think this is how it supposed to work. All the best!

  Worst location ever. Lines are reddicules long staff is not helpful at all looks like the post office everybody is like on vacation while at work.
