  Is been quit some time than I been with Chase and every time that I need some services there is a problem. They suppose to provide free notary services for the members and this is the 5th time that I go to this branch and there is a problem or issue and I can not get my document notarized. Today was unbelievable there were 3 agents helping costumer and just me waiting to be help and one of the agent stepped out and asked me the reason and was there and after a mentioned the necessity for a notary he told me that I have to make an appointment even when there was nobody there. I told him that I also have Bank of America and they help you right away. They need to fits their costumer services.
