  My son opened an account in 2014,. When he started college we went back and changed his account so he wouldn’t be charged any fees, as it had been stated by an employee at this branch. He has been charged $12 a month for over two years. I was unaware of this. We went to the branch and according to the manager and the employee who checked his account there’s no recollection of us going back to the branch to make the changes by the previous employee. So we were ROBBED over $300 by this branch. They’ll always give you a call and hunt you down if you owe them money but would never call you if they’re taking your money and take advantage of inexperienced college students!!!

  Worse Manager and Worse bank in Teaneck! Even all the good employees left because of the New Manager placed last year. Employees who have been there for years left because of this Manager, I completely understand why? I have the worse experience any time i have to deal with the Manager for anything, since they are always short manager is there to do customer service. Its always argumentative even for a small task. I do not leave home to go to Bank to Argue, but to just get things done. Quality and Service of the bank has also gone down, even candy quality is at worse.

  Very nice staff, very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, and the interior feels like it was someone's house (not a cold bank).
