  The atm took my debit card, never gave it back. The bankers knew about the malfunctioning atm and never forewarned customers. I was told by Mr. Smartt (banker) that a new debit card would be rushed delivered to me in 2 days.He was very cavalier about my dilemma. I found out via Chase customer service rep. that the card wasn't rushed delivered after all, received it over a week later. Avoiding this branch from now, too many other Chase branches in this vicinity with better customer service to utilize, to have to deal with this frustration.

  Easy access to the ATMs. Transactions with tellers are reasonably quick. Wheelchair access ramp in lobby.
