  Came to open a business account and 3 staff members are just standing there doing nothing not even 'Hello' to me after 5 mins one rep called me and said I have to sit 15min to wait for the lady who is in charge of opening new accounts. Very disappointed. Bad customer service I ended up opening the account at RD Bank.

  Horrible customer service. I attempted to open a business account for my newly formed private practice. The representative said she was too busy (2 people were waiting after me) and she directed me to another branch. Wow!

  Customer service is good but the atms are a NIGHTMARE.

  Stand-alone bank building with lots of local parking and drive-through in the rear of building. Friendly staff.
