  I Like this Bank alot everyone there especially Santreeas , forgive me if i spelled you name wrong. She is so business oriented. She help me with someone taking money out of my account that shouldn't have. She got it corrected. So awesome. The guy are very compassionate. Ty.

  Great employees and Alex really emphasized with my issue when getting a cash advance, however the equipment he was using couldn't read my card so I had to use the atm and was charged a fee. Alex said that I should see a credit come Monday for the fee tho ☺️

  Overall, the experience was an average bank experience. To the guys saying it's compass, the chase bank is in frys.

  This is a compass bank but the address of 1845 east baseline is correct and that is in the fry's store at baseline and gilbert

  Will never go back to this chase. I had to deposit my check, they would not cash it and it has there pending since. The woman at the counter was rude and my check is still not in my account.
