::Today I walked into Chase Bank early because I was planning to get early to work. While I was waiting for the doors to open, a woman rushed to the door and me anticipating that it was another customer trying to be seen before me, I ran in to be first in line since I had already been waiting 15 minutes for the doors to initially open. After walking in I had realized the woman I had thought to be a customer ended up being my representative. Perhaps she thought I did not understand spanish but she went ahead, while servicing me, and spoke to her coworker about our altercation. She made me extremely uncomfortable and if I wasn’t already running late to work because of the bank opening late I would have stayed and closed my account. The only reason I am rating 2 stars and not 1 is because it was warm inside and I was freezing from standing for over 10 minutes.

::Bank manager was a b****. She gave some wierd run around to why I can't get a cashier's check when my app clearly says it was available. Then she had me contact my insurance claims agent to then tell me she can't speak to the claims agent over the phone. & then she flat out ignores me skipping me & attending everyone who just walked in the door when I was there way before them. I am a Lyft driver & I was only getting my cashiers check so that I can get my new vehicle & return to work asap. This bank manager totally ruined my day.
