  Consistently really poor service at this branch. Staff never seems up to speed. They freq don’t know how to resolve issues, always need to go ask someone in back somewhere to get answers, I’ve had to rephrase questions secondary due to staff ignorance/language barrier. I’ve gotten info that is sometimes refuted by Chase over the phone. Every time I leave I wonder if I need to switch banks.
