  Slowest banking experience ever. Just try getting change took an hour. Broken air conditioning didn't help. Root of the problem is understaffing.

  The staff were extremely helpful even though I came in about five minutes before closing.

  It's safer to have ATMs in a locked vestibule. They are less likely to be tampered with and indoors affords bank customers protection from thieves and weather. Great service always

  Came here several months to apply for another Chase CC (I already have one). Staff was extremely helpful and listened well. The transaction went very smoothly and I was in and out in about 15 minutes.
